Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with SAVOIE FRENCH JEWELLERY. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following Return and Refund Policy carefully before purchase.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully made, no design changes are allowed after the items has been received by the customer.

RETURNS

We have 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return subject to our Terms and Conditions. If the return is due to an error on the part of SAVOIE FRENCH, such as receiving the wrong item or defective product SAVOIE FRENCH will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is requested for any reason not caused by SAVOIE FRENCH, including a change of mind, incorrect order placed by customers or personal preference, customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be :

  • In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags.
  • Return in its original packaging. 
  • Includes receipt or proof of purchase.

NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for :

  • Items that have been worn or used
  • Products damage due to misuse,improper care, or accidents
  • Change of mind, incorrect design,incorrect size or incorrect colour selected


WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS THAT DO NOT MEET THESE CONDITIONS.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 7 days of the delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

  • Customers are required to provide a full unboxing video as proof for damaged items.
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of item and packaging

Once we review your request, we will arrange a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if it are defective, damage, or wrong item sent. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return process.

REFUNDS

  • SAVOIE FRENCH JEWELLERY does not offer refunds except for approved cases stated in our policy.
  • If a return request is approved, customers may be eligible for a return, exchange or refund, subject to our policy and stock availability.
  • All payments are non - refundable unless the item received is defective, damage, incorrect, or there is a valid reason approved by SAVOIE FRENCH after review.
  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, incorrect design, incorrect colour selected by the customer or normal wear and tear.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the items will be approved for change or not.

APPROVAL & FINAL DECISION

All return and exchange requests are subject to approval by SAVOIE FRENCH JEWELLERY, decisions made are final and non-negotiable.
